Cancellation Courtesy
As a courtesy to our stylists, we ask that you cancel or change your
scheduled appointment 24 hours in advance.
Gratuity
Rates do not include gratuity, which is both appropriate and
appreciated!
Product Returns
Your satisfaction and pleasure is our ultimate goal. If you are not
100% satisfied with the performance of any product you purchase from
Green Peridot, you may return it for a full refund.
Children
For safety, children are not allowed on the cutting floor without an appointment (scissors, razors and flat irons don't make good toys!). To maintain a peaceful environment, please have all children accompanied by an adult who is not receiving services.
Online Gift Cards and Privacy
Online gift cards are not transferrable, may not be returned, may not be
redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are
subject to change. Green Peridot Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen
cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date. No information will
be shared with third-party companies.
